What is FCP
It's how long it takes for the first content. For all intents and purposes - when you page stops being a blank white screen

How to know if its a problem on your PDPs
If you see a long white pause before your content loads, or if any tools below state FCP is > 2s
Fastest way to check:
Local testing: always compare on a draft theme first.

Why is it important?
Long FCP is associated with higher bounce.
The longer users see a blank white screen, the longer they assume a page is broken or lose interest.
LCP is the most important metric, and what people measure. But LCP can only happen after FCP.
The browser has a ton of behind-the-scenes optimisations - if our page has not at least loaded FCP, it can't use LCP optimisations.
